Representing yourself well online will go miles in helping your business generate leads, and supporting your customers. From understanding to supporting, this is how we go about getting a website that will get the message you want out there.
We the time to go through a rigorous understanding of what you really need. The initial interview can take anywhere from one to three hours. We find out specific answers to what you want your message to be, how customers perceive you, and what actions do you want them to take. We think hard about all the different services and actions a customer may want to take on your website.
After information is gathered, we take what you want, what your customers want, and generate user stories from that. These are mapped into similar categories and a pattern emerges for content layout. These categories are fitted into a design you have found online, or one that I draw up.
Revisions are made, to your project, based on changing needs, or extra information and we go back to develop. We repeate the development and revision stage until you are completly satisfied.
Underneath everything is support for your web development process. Meetings are held in person and designs are printed off and brought to your business before we code anything. Future updates can be taken care of by ourselves or we can train you to do your own web site maintenance.
